AT&T Wins 2018 Bay Cup 6-4

Congratulations to AT&T Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association, winners of the 3rd annual Bay Cup! November 11th was smoky and cold but that didn’t prevent anyone from playing amazing golf and having fun. The matches were close with several coming down to the last hole; however, at the end of the day AT&T won the Ryder Cup Match Play tournament 6-4. The teams looked sharp in uniforms provided by Antigua for AT&T and Linksoul for Santa Cruz. Thank you sponsors, parents, players, AT&TJGA, SCJG, and Carmel Valley Ranch for a perfect day.

Aptos’ Amanda Fort wins back-to-back SCCAL girls golf championships

“Aptos High senior Amanda Fort won her second straight league title by shooting 80 to advance to the Central Coast Section championships.

As for Fort, she said numerous hours of practice and focusing a lot more during the game helped her get the win Tuesday.

Learning new drills, playing different courses too and also Santa Cruz Junior Golf with all those matches and tournaments, it gets you used to kind of playing,” Fort said.”
